The apartment is located on the delightful port of Estepona, with the most magnificent views to Africa and Gibraltar, when you sit on the sofa you just look out to sea, covered terrace which is west facing so you have lots of sun in the afternoon which is great for the winter months, good sized bedroom that will fit a super king sized bed, fitted wardrobe and there is extra space at the end of the bed to install more wardrobes if needed, open plan kitchen which was installed about 8 years ago but it is in very good condition, bathroom with a bath but this could be changed into a walk in shower if needs be, easy access for anyone in a wheelchair, there are also 2 lifts that are always working and well maintained, 2 pool areas and one of the pools is fairly shallow so great for children and it is a salt water pool, communal parking at the rear of the building and you can normally find a parking space quite easily, on a Sunday you have the local market on the port so you can stop off for a coffee and a wander around the market, 15 minute walk into the main old town of Estepona and a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is no need for a car once you are here, everything is on hand such as supermarkets, restaurants within a short distance from the property, this is a great opportunity for someone to obtain this apartment as they do not come on the market that often
