The Site The property in Plaza Santa Cruz is located in the centre of the old town, less than 5 minutes walk from the town hall and the high street. The plot is some 385m2 in size and formerly hosted a residential building of 837m2. The building was demolished in March 2006. It is understood that the minimum size of the built area will be 837m2 over 3 floors but more area be granted should a proposed project justify the increase.
