A bucolic setting surrounded by nature, with spectacular panoramic mountain views.
This exceptional private estate, with no neighbors and a surface area of over 60.000 m², is completely surrounded by a forest with a wide variety of fruit trees. Ideal for lovers of nature, tranquility, and animals —especially for those wishing to breed horses or manage rural accommodation— as the property is currently operating as such.

Upon arrival, an exquisitely maintained garden welcomes you, featuring different species of trees and plants, a porch for several cars, and ample parking areas.
The estate consists of two main dwellings (521 m² in total):

• First floor: two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
• Exteriors: two porches ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings.
2. Second residence (renovated former stables)
Formerly horse boxes, now converted into a charming rustic house perfect for holiday rentals or guests, completely independent from the main house.
